iWave warrants that all goods delivered will be free from defects in workmanship, material, and manufacturing; and Comply with the requirements of the purchase order, including any drawings or specifications incorporated. Except as set forth in writing in the Limited Warranty, iWave makes no other representations or warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturing warranty for production units is valid for one year from the date of shipment from iWave or EMS.

iWave will never be responsible for any form of consequential or incidental damages to the end user. In addition, iWave disclaims any liability for any loss, harm, or expenditure resulting from using the product or from any other source, whether direct or indirect. Repairing the product will be your only option if you have a claim against iWave, regardless of whether it's based on a contract, warranty, tort, or another legal theory. For this reason, iWave reserves the right, at its discretion, to inspect Products and/or Services at the Customer's or iWave's premises.

• 各メーカーが責任を負う第三者製品。
• 指示に従わなかったサービス。
• No warranty for the Samples and Evaluation kits.
• Accessories such as batteries, antennas, adaptors and cables.

責任の制限

iWaveは、iWaveがそのような損害の可能性を示唆されていたとしても、本決済、本契約で熟考された取引、および/または商品の使用または適用不能、iWaveを通じて提供されなくなったガジェットとの商品の統合、営業権または利益の欠如、またはその他のあらゆる理由により、消費者および/または停止した消費者が被った結果的、付随的、特別、または懲罰的損害に対して責任を負わないものとします。iWaveの法的責任は、本和解に基づくいかなる申し立てに対しても、iWaveが最終的に12ヶ月間にそのような申告または紛争の難点となったサービスまたは製品について消費者から取得した総量を超えないものとします。

iWaveは、本契約の責任の制限、保証の不存在、または損害賠償の除外に関するいかなる規定も、本契約のその他の規定から分離可能であるべきであることに、買い手と同意します。これらの規定は、両当事者間のリスク割当の別個の要素であり、独立して施行されるべきものです。
