iWave’s FPGA-IP Evaluation Add-On FMC Card is designed to meet ANSI/VITA 57.1 FMC Standard. The card supports both High-Pin Count (HPC) & Low-Pin Count (LPC) connector and can be used in an air-cooled environment. FPGA-IP Evaluation Add-On Card can be interfaced with most of the FPGA development kits available in the market. This card also helps to evaluate iWave’s proprietary FPGA Intellectual Property (IP) Cores.

  • High speed Serial-ATA interfaces supporting communications at 1.5Gbps, 3Gbps and 6Gbps data rates

  • 2Gb to 64Gb NAND Flash modules

Clocking

  • ASFLMPLP 150MHZ LVDS/LVPECL clock generator for SATA interface
  • DSC1123 125MHz LVDS/LVPECL clock generator for SFP+ interface
  • DSC1123 100MHz LVDS/LVPECL clock generator for user clock

Power Requirement

  • 12V 1A, 3.3V 3A from host device
  • Adjustable voltage level (varies from host to host) power from the carrier to the IO Mezzanine module; VCC_VADJ: 1.5 to 3.3V connected to onboard level translator
  • On board switching regulator 12V to 5V 2.5A for SATA

NAND Interface:

  • Generic 48 TSOP Package IC used for compatibility with devices ranging in density from 2Gb to 64Gb
  • iWave’s FPGA IP NAND Flash Controller can be evaluated with this platform
